Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does parking lot striping cost?

It depends on the number of stalls, whether it is new striping or restriping, and extras like ADA stalls, stencils, and curb painting. Estimates are free. Call 720-570-6756 or send a request through the contact page.

How often should a parking lot be restriped?

Most busy lots need restriping every one to two years. Lower-traffic lots can often go longer. If lines are faded or hard to see at night, it is time.

How often should I sealcoat my parking lot?

Most lots benefit from sealcoating every two to three years. Cracks should be sealed first, and the lot is restriped after the sealcoat dries.

What is the best time of year for striping and sealcoating in Denver?

Paint and sealcoat need dry pavement and mild temperatures. In the Denver area, late spring through early fall is the main season.

How long before cars can park on new lines?

Usually the same day. We will tell you how long to keep traffic off based on the weather and the work being done.

Can my lot stay open while you work?

We schedule around your business so the lot can stay open where possible. Ask about timing when you request an estimate.

How many ADA parking spaces does my lot need?

It depends on the total number of spaces. A lot with up to 25 spaces needs 1 accessible stall, and a lot with 76 to 100 spaces needs 4. At least one of every six accessible stalls must be van-accessible. See the full table on our ADA page.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the Denver metro area, including Denver, Aurora, Thornton, Arvada, and Westminster.
